I think my plants are collapsing again

¡Hola!

Hace unas semanas publiqué un mensaje para evitar cometer los mismos errores con mis nuevas plantas. Pero parece que está pasando de nuevo. Algo anda mal y no sé qué es.

¿Alguna idea?

Estoy usando agua destilada (solo un poquito porque no quiero que se pudran las raíces) y hummus de lombriz como fertilizante que añadí ayer por ver si mejoraban

¡Gracias!

New plants

I just received 3 new Salvia divinorum plants bought from the same nursery where I bought my previous 3 (Rest in peace). The previous plants died little by little; the leaves became necrotic around the edges and finally the stem ended up rotting. I tried everything, a transplant to a bigger pot... but nothing was enough.

This time I am going to care for them less. I am going to try to let them acclimate by themselves to this homemade greenhouse that I set up for them. I know it is small but it is merely educational.

The thing is, I am afraid of ending up in the same spot as with the previous ones. I don't know if the substrate comes too wet.

I have seen sprintails but also millipedes, or centipedes, I don't know what they are and I would appreciate it if you could help me with this. What do you think? Do they bite? I don´t want a plague in my house lol

Regarding temperature, I maintain about 70-88 humidity and 26-29ºC. The fan is on 5 min - 30 min off

I have the light on for 12 hours outside the greenhouse.

Thank you so much!!!!
