Hi, im having a problem with my bike's cooling system.

The bike is sym joymax 250, its water cooled. It overheats.

I made sure there is no air in the system.

Im suspecting it might be clogged because when adding water, it stays up top for a few seconds and then gets drained.

I shoved a hose in the radiator and tried unclogging. Water comes out of the bottom hose irregularly. But it does come out. I cant find a solution. Help.
