USC snow club culture?

Was wondering if the USC snow club is basically another form of greek life, but with a sports attatched to it... or if people who are more introverted and don't drink are also welcomed like they advertise as being welcoming to everyone on their site?

Why do I get paired up with these people? Same for vs attack and h2h..

First two photos are my profile. I don’t understand. After I reach champion, all my opponents have maxed out ovr and training. What does EA even use for pairing opponents.
