I got a 427 on my first attempt but 465 on an NBCOT practice test. Results showed I was barely scoring for domain 3. I am someone who is able to narrow it down to 2 answers but struggles to pick the best answer from there. I am currently using aota, NBCOT, and therapyed. I’ve been entering tough questions into AI to help develop my clinical reasoning when breaking down these questions to learn why an answer is correct and others are incorrect. What else can I do to ramp up my score in this 1 domain holding me back?

What do I craft for my project? The hand clinic prefer I make a tool to add to their repertoire. They already have sensory bins, dressing board, vibrating ball, wrist roller, weights, etc. I enjoy treating patients who are hypersensitive but I’m not sure what to create that’s not already at the clinic and will actually get used. I am open to all ideas. We get tons of CTS, lateral epi, CMC OA, DRF, stiff PIP. I also plan on asking my CI what students have a hard time with or take longer learning. I’d love to make something for future students to use. A previous student did make a quick, rough study guide for future students they thought would be helpful. I’m considering on updating/add more to it as my possible project. What do you wish you had at a hand clinic?

I‘be been unable to receive my security deposit back from my last apartment. I moved out in December and in that same time frame the apartment was switching ownership. The apartment gets bought out by a different company. I moved into my new place and when I called about the check I was told it had already been mailed out and I had to wait for it. After getting settled into my new place with a new job, I contact the apartment in February. I was told that it was recently sent out and I have to wait since the change in ownership delayed it. I wait the 2-3 weeks I was told. Since then I have made 1-2 visits each month and I have received many excuses such as they didn’t receive my forwarding address even tho I have provided it several times now, they continuously send the check to my old apt I moved out of and keep having to make a stop payment and issue a new one due to their own mistake. I visited in mid May and they said they sent a new check supposedly confirmed by their accounting department but it is week 3 and I still have not received anything. At this point I have made contact a ridiculous amount of times. What do you guys think I do? I’m supposed to be receiving $700 back.
