I started my own patent illustration company a few weeks ago, and man, is it difficult to lock down new clients. Does anyone know of any forums or external websites I should be participating in to help find work?
Hey all, I posted in here about 4 months ago, in regards to starting my own drafting studio for patent work.
Last I remember, there were a lot of great points from patent attorneys here about NOT bothering too much via emails and such. Is there a preferred way that paralegals or attorneys would like a patent illustration service to reach out? Drafting patents is such a niche service, so I've never know much more than just giving a cold email or call.
