Can lactose intolerance cause brain fog if diary is ingested? I get this as a symptom on top of diarrhea.

I'm taking an algae omega 3 supplement and right after I take it I start having palpitations. I have GERD and gastritis but i dont know if thats the cause. I also have histamine issues. It's Norsan algae omega 3
