Boldin AI Shortcomings....halucinations...

The new AI functionality is helpful at times - especially if you just need help finding or doing something. However, I've been asking questions about different sceanarios and also questioning some of the calculations, and it has come up with some responses that are just plain wrong. I just don't trust it anymore. I know this AI is likely in early stages and beta mode and being developed in house but, just cautioning that it seems very buggy.

Port Out Landline - good luck with that / and bait and switch!

Tried to port out to Tello.....Optimum says no pin and that Tello will just call them. Tello said they never call. 2 days of wasted time, calls, chats and money. Instead I am porting to NumberBarn. Parking it there, then gonna port out to either Google Voice or Tello. Optimum blows. The kicker is - while porting out, she offered me some deal to boost my Net speed and lower my monthly price by $30. When I called later I had another rep confirm this. Get this - she says, you are getting a new router shipped to you. I never agreed to that. Then I go to my email and htat first rep also changed my tv package from premier to extra - that is why my bill was going to get lower. I never ever agreed to that. I'm done. That was last stray - going to Fios.

No one picked up my shift. Need help and advice

No one picked up my shift and its today. I have a commitment and I released my shift 4 days ago - I can't beleive no one has picked it up - its the only shift available until Saturday!

So question is - Do I just not show up and use UPT?

Do I need to call out? What do I say ? I'm just worried about manager sees I released my shift last week and then suddenly I happen to not feel well and call out ?

I am in a jam - please help.

I can't lose this job but I also have a very important committment.

I was responsible and released the shift 4+ days ago - just so odd no one has picked it up. I am new so don't know all the ins and outs.
