ONE YEAR WITHOUT PORN (and I also even forgot lol)
I genuinely can't believe I'm writing this: I've gone over a year without watching porn.
365+ days. No videos, no browsing, nothing.
What makes it even funnier is that I thought I'd make this huge post on the exact day I hit one year. Instead, I got busy living my life and only realised I'd passed the anniversary three days later. 😂I guess that's what happens when you're too busy with living your life and porn becomes a trivial part of your life now!
I'd been watching porn since I was about 13 and most of my adult life involved porn so it's pretty amazing to say that I am now one-year porn free!
If you're trying to break the habit yourself, my biggest advice would be to have a read of books like Atomic Habits which really helped me understand the psychology of habits and how to break habits :)
Anyway writing this cause I just needed to celebrate this milestone!
