Over 50, in business, and let’s talk about the things nobody talks about! 😂❤️

Yesterday was one of those long conference days. Lots of standing, barely any movement, great food, a little wine… and hormones doing their own thing. You know where this is going, right? Bloating from hell by the end of the evening! 😂

But can we talk about this outfit for a second? ❤️ I felt cute, confident, and perfectly polished all day. I dressed it up with a blazer, and even though the venue was pretty warm, I stayed surprisingly comfortable.

And the real game changer? Those pants! By late evening, my belly had basically doubled in size (okay, slight exaggeration 😂), and any of my usual tailored trousers would have been torture. These just moved with me, hugged my curves, and somehow still looked fabulous!

I left the event late that night feeling just as comfortable and put together as when I arrived.

Ladies over 50, please tell me I’m not the only one dealing with this! 😂❤️

Edit: just because someone just commented that would be an ad for the store I bought the pants from…it is NOT…I fell in love in June with their tops with integrated bras and found their community. I just tried those pants for autumn and it was mind blowing for me as perimenopausal women that there is no need to compromise between comfort (and no pain) and looking nice…just to be fair I am sharing all other item details as well in case someone wants to know 🤗

Need sizing assistance 🤗 Alysa suddenly is wearing S at a bottom

I was thinking about a monochrome look in deep olive and stumbled across this skirt…I really like the cut and length but watching the sizing video of Alysa made me insecure 🫣

Usually I go with Alysas sizing because we are almost a 100% and she sizes up in old sizing from M to L and in new from S to M in bottoms but for this skirt she seems to wear a size S 🤔 u/jasperchao can you assist?

What should I order? 🤗

P.s.: I wand exactly the fit Alysa is having in the video…not looser not tighter 😅

🍂 Burnt Orange at Lake Garda – fall understood the assignment 🧡

I think OGL’s fall collection might officially be my favorite season yet. 🍂🧡

This is fall outfit no. 2 for me – and taking the Burnt Orange Short Trench Blazer & Skort to Lake Garda was definitely the right decision. There’s just something about this color in that soft Italian autumn light… it felt made for it. 🇮🇹

I love how the set can look sexy and polished without feeling too dressed up or revealing. I wore it with dark brown boots and kept everything else simple, and honestly… I didn’t want to take it off. 😅

And I’m apparently building myself a little OGL fall wardrobe at this point, because there are quite a few more autumn outfits coming. 🙈🍁 I’m loving the richer colors, textures and layering pieces this season.

Sizing for reference – new sizing:
Top / Short Trench Blazer: S
Skirt: M
I’m 175 cm / 5’9”, approx. 96–75–102 cm / 37.8–29.5–40.2 in (bust–waist–hips).

For me, this combination of S on top and M on the bottom is exactly right – fitted and feminine, but still comfortable.
Now I just need fall to last long enough to wear everything I’ve bought. 😂🍂🧡

Fist errands after being seriously ill feeling cute ❤️

Some of you may have noticed, I was absent a few weeks 😏 last year I suffered from a bad urea sepsis and kidney stones both sides from beginning of August until mid of November…several surgeries, urea stents and hospital stays ruined my summer vacation, my 50th birthday celebration and the beginning of my studies 😳 I pushed myself through that and tried to stay positive…

Probably you can imagine how devastated I was getting a kidney colic on 31st of August this year…heading again to hospital as emergency 🚨 turned out that again a huge stone was inside my left kidney only 8 month after being released stone free 😥 I was so afraid that the agony was hitting me again…BUT this time I was lucky and the stone left naturally but not without gifting me another severe urea infection close to a sepsis 🫣

I likes all you posts but I hadn’t have the energy for own posts until now 🤗 yesterday I did my first grocery shopping since leaving hospital and I felt to comfy, cute, put together and happy in my OGL pants ❤️🥰 I just wanted to share that happy moment…looking forward sharing all my OGL fall outfits with you which arrived the last weeks 😘

2 butterfly girls would like to introduce themselves 🐶🐶❤️

Hi everyone! We’re Nova and Thalia, two Papillon girls living our best little lives in Austria, and we thought it was finally time to introduce ourselves. 🦋
I’m Thalia — or Thali, as everyone calls me — and this is my sister Nova. Nova recently turned four, and I’ll be four at the end of October, so we’re practically the same age. She may be the bigger one at around 3.8 kg, while I weigh only 1.7 kg, but size and authority are clearly two very different things.
Nova is the sensible and composed one. She likes to keep an eye on everything, takes her responsibilities seriously and generally tries to maintain a certain level of order.
I, on the other hand, am cheeky, confident, playful and absolutely convinced that the world was created for my entertainment. I may be tiny, but my personality easily fills the entire room.
Nova makes sure things remain reasonably orderly. I make sure they never become boring.
We live with our human, who takes us on lots of adventures. We go on long, brisk walks, run together, explore fields and woodland paths, and enjoy plenty of freedom because we’ve worked very hard on our recall and our manners. We know exactly when to wait, when to stay close — and, most importantly, when “Lauf!” means we’re free to race off again.
At home, we are loved, spoiled, kept suitably busy and treated like the highly important family members we obviously are. We’re very different from each other, but we make a rather perfect little team.
We’re looking forward to meeting all the other beautiful butterflies here! Please introduce yourselves — and tell us which of you is the sensible Nova and which is the mischievous little Thali in your family. 🥰

Apparently, I wasn’t quite ready to say goodbye to Teaberry Red yet. ❤️

After wearing the fitted dress by Lake Garda, I fell so in love with both the incredibly soft fabric and the color that I ordered the top as well—even though summer is slowly coming to an end.

It arrived yesterday, went straight into the wash, and was barely dry before I paired it with trendy capri jeans today. We’re technically only going shopping, but honestly… a great outfit doesn’t need a special occasion. 😄

And while I already loved the fabric and the flattering fit, the open back might just be my favorite detail. Definitely too pretty to leave waiting in the wardrobe.

Would you agree that Teaberry Red is absolutely my color—and how do you like it paired with denim? ❤️

For sizing reference:

Height: 175 cm / 5’9”
Weight: approximately 70 kg / 154 lbs
Bust: 96 cm / 37.8”
Waist: 75 cm / 29.5”
Hips: 102 cm / 40.2”

I’m wearing size M.

Shopping has never felt this effortless — not even in this heat ☀️😅

I’ve been living in these OGL pieces all summer and honestly, this outfit is exactly why. Comfortable enough for grocery shopping on a ridiculously hot day, but still put together enough that I actually feel dressed. 😅

The culotte skort is one of my absolute summer favorites, and I love it with this linen style khaki draped-neck top.

Both are size M old sizing.

For sizing reference, my measurements are:

175 cm / 5’9”
Bust: 96 cm / 37.8”
Waist: 75 cm / 29.5”
Hips: 102 cm / 40.2”

And apparently wearing OGL to go shopping is dangerous in more ways than one… because this outfit somehow inspired me to come home and immediately order some of the new fall pieces. 😂🙈

So much for just grocery shopping.
To be continued… 👀🍂

Wanted - OGL, you can’t just show me this dress and then make it disappear 😭🖤

Okay, OGL team & fellow OGL detectives… I need your help! 😂🔎
This gorgeous black dress with the flutter sleeves popped up in my Instagram Stories today (no idea why the screenshot shows January 2026 I took it that morning) and I am OBSESSED. 😍🖤
Naturally, I immediately went to the OGL store ready to make a very responsible wardrobe decision 😇😂 …and I CAN’T FIND IT ANYWHERE.
Not under dresses.
Not under new arrivals.
Nowhere. 😭
Does anyone know what this dress is called, whether it has already been released, or if it’s something that’s coming soon?
Because OGL… if you’re going to put something this cute in my feed, you really need to let me buy it. 😂🖤 I can already see this becoming one of my absolute favorite fall dresses. 🍂
Please tell me I haven’t somehow overlooked it! 🙏🏻🥹
I NEED THIS IN MY CLOSET. 🖤😂
Thank you in advance, OGL detectives! 🕵🏻‍♀️💕

Left 40 to right 50…ten years of consistent hard work payed off…

Saw another woman today so I will give it a try…When turning 40 I was fed up with being severely obese…I was that way over 20 years…it was kind of I had turned a switch to another mindset from one day to another, I started with walking, changed my diet to portion control in the first place, added weight training, later switched to a mix of running and weightlifting, adapted my diet to a lower carb calorie counting system and lost over 60kgs between 2016 and 2019…had two slight gains because of severe health issues 2023 and 2025 but fought back and maintained even struck by perimenopause 2024 ever since…I had a tummy tuck and breast lift back in 2018 all other skin is maintained by hard work 💪🏻 now I enjoy running with my dogs, eat still on the healthy protein side and enjoy life my life in the body I always wanted so badly 🥰

Perfection day to night in warm weather ❤️

My new OGL pieces were EVERYTHING during our Sardinia 🇮🇹 vacation ❤️ I am 175cm, 71kgs, EU80C, Bust 95cm, Waist 82vm, Hip 99…I love the fit of the top in a size M and I sized up to L for the skirt as the waistband was slightly snug in M this skort is one of my favorites and so comfy, versatile and flattering 😍 you can wear it almost any summer occasion from day to night 😁

u/betterversionofmanu — 2 months ago

Traveling was never that chic ❤️❤️❤️

I felt so confident and the outfit is so practical and chic ❤️❤️❤️ the buttery fabric, the bra integrated bra the balloon pant were airy when hot and nice when air conditioning was on…wearing a size M in both top and bra. I am 175cm tall and 70kgs…European bra size is 80C and it is PERFECT 🤩

Perfect vacation 💃

When the neckline does all the talking. 🤎 Multi-Way Brami in Iced Mocha.

I wasn’t expecting to love this top as much as I do. The neckline is gorgeous, the built-in bra cups fit perfectly, and the fabric feels buttery soft.
It’s one of those rare pieces that’s comfortable enough to wear all day—from my train commute to a full day at the office—while still looking elegant and put together.
Safe to say this one has become a wardrobe favorite. 🤎

Curious to know if anyone else has tried the Multi-Way Brami—what’s your favorite way to style it?

u/betterversionofmanu — 3 months ago

When summer dressing feels this effortless… ☀️🍋

One of my favorite things about getting dressed in summer is finding pieces that are both beautiful and comfortable.
Today’s look is all about light fabrics, fresh citrus details, raffia textures and earthy tones – the kind of outfit that takes you from a morning coffee to strolling through town and straight into dinner on a warm summer evening.
The OGL shorts and top are incredibly soft, breathable and easy to wear, even on hot days. Exactly what I look for when I travel: polished without trying too hard, airy without compromising on style.
As someone in my 50s, I love fashion that feels modern, feminine and effortless rather than following every trend. Confidence comes from wearing pieces that make you feel comfortable in your own skin—and this outfit does exactly that. 💛
Now all I need is a little sunshine, a lemon spritz and somewhere beautiful to explore. 🍋✨
