Finding the Right Area in Chelmsford to Rent and Raise a Family
I've been living in London for five years and am now looking for a change. I'm planning to rent in Chelmsford before deciding whether to buy in the area.
I've been searching for two-bedroom houses near the station, but most of the listings show a high crime rate of 8/10 on Zoopla.
My daughter will be starting reception in September, she already got outstanding school place in London. Is there any chances we can get good school if we move early July to the area?
I have a four-year-old daughter and work remotely — could you suggest a good area to live and raise a young child? I'm looking for somewhere safe and green, not too far from the train station.
Sorry for the too many questions but this move seems like a big deal so I want to make sure I'm familiar with the area before committing to move.
