My skink is about a year old. Today she left this on me. She didn't poop, just this. Does anyone know what it is?

Meet Opal
I got her about a month ago. She is about one year old and just had her first shed last week. She has grown so much. She is a northern ivery, and loves to cuddle. We just moved her up from her 40 gallon enclosure to a 75 gallon. She loves it!! I took these pictures before we had all of her lights set up as well.
