👵👴 Parents (58 & 60 years old)
Small, quiet, and respectful family
**Requirements**:
🏠 1 BHK or 2 BHK
🛋️ Semi-furnished or fully furnished
🏢 Preferably in a gated society/apartment
🕌 Near a masjid (walking distance or a short commute preferred)
💸 Direct owner preferred (trying to avoid brokerage, but genuine leads are welcome)
📅 Move-in: July 2026
