Seeking advice on Marraige Certificate
Do we have to log into the Kaveri portal and register under special marraige act and wait for 30 days?
Is that the procedure for muslims too?

Assalamu alaikum!
I'm planning to move to Frazer Town, Bangalore with my family and could use some advice from people familiar with the area.
My friend currently lives there, but due to a family emergency in his hometown, he won't be around to help me with the house hunt. I'm from Hyderabad and we're a practicing Muslim family, so we'd ideally like to stay in or around Frazer Town given its convenience, community, and proximity to mosques, schools, and daily necessities.
I've been checking NoBroker, but I'm quite confused by the pricing. For what seem like similar 2BHK apartments, I'm seeing rents ranging anywhere from ₹35k to ₹55k+. I'm struggling to understand what drives such a big difference in rent—whether it's building age, amenities, locality within Frazer Town, negotiation room, or something else.
A few questions:
Any advice, experiences, or leads would be greatly appreciated.
I have been facing this problem myself, so I started building Halal Hub, a directory focused on halal businesses in Bangalore. It's still growing, and you can also refer or add halal restaurants and businesses that aren't listed yet. As a thank you, you will earn loyalty points for contribution.
If anyone wants to try it, let me know and I will be happy to share the link.
I recently started seeing a lot of Instagram posts from a page called livingcollective.india.
The same team also runs another page called The Halal Living Bangalore, which does great work by sharing information about musallas in office areas.
From their content, it seems like they're trying to build a community of Muslims across major Indian cities and different professional domains. However, I haven't been able to find much information about what they actually do beyond their Instagram posts.
Does anyone here know more about them? Have you interacted with them or attended any of their events? I'd appreciate it if you could share your experience or any information you have.

there's a Muslim guy who seems interested in me. Nothing has happened yet, but it got me wondering about how relationships usually work in Muslim families and communities.

I don't know much about Islam, so please excuse any naive questions. I've heard things like Muslim families that religion can be a big factor in relationships. I'm not sure how true any of that is.

Before I get emotionally invested, I'd like to understand the realities a bit better. Are there things a Hindu girl should know? What challenges are common, and what misconceptions do people often have?

Just looking to learn and hear real experiences. Thanks!
