My brother and I recently started a small software/AI automation business. We build custom systems for businesses that can handle things like customer inquiries, lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-ups, CRM updates, and other repetitive tasks.

We’re initially looking at businesses in the UAE, but we’re completely new to selling this kind of service.

The technical side isn’t really the problem for us. Getting in front of the right business owners and earning enough trust for someone to actually give us a chance is.

We’re trying to figure out the best way to approach the first few clients without blindly sending hundreds of generic cold messages.

For people who have started a B2B service, software agency, automation agency, or similar business from scratch:

What would you do if you were in our position today?
1.Would you focus on one niche first?
2.Cold email or cold call?
3.Visit businesses in person?
4.Offer a free audit or small pilot?
5.Send personalized videos showing what could be automated?
