Career switch, need Advice.

Currently work as a nurse. Currently make about 160k base for 36.5 hours a week, but typically take home 180-200 just with some minimal over time. I get about 3-4 percent raise per year. My friend told me he can get me a position working with him in capital budget med device sales for a big Fortune 500 company. Just wanted to know is this even worth it or should I just stick with what I’m doing? What is a reasonable salary expectation I’m reading online that it’s about 150 total comp? Is this accurate? How’s the work life balance ?

Need Advice on Early Lease Termination

I want to turn in my jeep to Stellantis 5 months early cuz I’m over miles and got a great deal on something new. I’m reading my contract and even if I make all my remaining payments and pay excess miles I’ll be responsible for the residual minus the realized value of the car which is the auction price. It has about 20k in negative equity so I called stellantis and they said they take the lesser of the two. I requested something in writing and they said they don’t do that. Now I’m scared that although they are saying they take the lesser of the two that is not what the contract says. Has anyone had an experience with turning a lease in early with stellantis ?!

Deal check

Made a post yesterday about trying to get a GLB loaner and what numbers I should be targeting. Used the forums and called a few local dealerships and ended up getting something in writing that I will be following up on below is the deal, is this a good deal?

2026 GLB 250 4matic demo
Lease term: 24 months
Lease miles: 12,000/yr

Msrp: 52,175
Discount: -11,597 (22%)
Dealer Cash: -2,500
Promo: -500
MF: 0.00037
Residual: 66%

I asked for taxes and fees to be rolled in to the price so total DAS: 399 + plate transfer
Monthly payment: 389

Advice

I’m looking at leasing a loaner car, was wondering what’s the best way to go about negotiating this myself. Do I just ask for a discount off msrp, or discount off the advertised price for the loaner on the website? What percentage should I look at for a Mercedes GLC? I see a 2025 loaner advertised on a website, would I in theory get a better discount on a 2025 then a 2026 loaner or does the discount depend on mileage of the loaner

Assistance

My toilet bowl keeps making a hissing noise almost like it’s filling for an extended period of time after I flush.
