So decided as a graduation gift to myself I am going to go on a cruise solo, never been on a cruise. I plan to go on the celiac cruise in march and I'm excited to eat without worry. Plus I will have time away from the kids
June 9 will be a my one year anniversary on zepbound. Hopefully I go with the goal of at least 50 but honestly I am proud of what I have lost. This shirt is a 2xl and the last time I wore it, it hardly fit. Now it fits perfectly. I start 10mg on Monday too
So I am about to finish tomorrow my first packet of slynd and I am on day 7 of a very heavy period that has the worst cramps. Please tell me this gets better? I miss my 5 day periods that were slightly heavy
So can I choose to graduate in person and once I know a bit closer can I change it to online of things don't go well and i can't go? My daughter is in the nutcracker and there are times in November she has rehursal but we won't know till October. I really want to go in person even if it's just me going, but if I can't I'll settle for December online.
