Husband and I have been TTC for about 5 years. 11 IUIs, 6 retrievals, 2 failed euploid transfers - it’s been a long journey.

Mid April I had surgery for endometriosis removal and removal of a large endometrioma on my right ovary. Cycle day 1 after that was May 11. This morning I had some very faint light pink/bright red spotting and then it stopped and hasn’t continued to develop into a period. That’s pretty irregular for me. Pregnancy test this morning was negative but I’m still about 12dpo. Could the spotting be a sign of early pregnancy?

Im in disbelief because of how much we’ve been through for this to have potentially occurred unassisted.
