Apple allows hackers to steal my account giving me a deadline and no way to prevent it

I have a question about the account recovery on my iPhone XR? The scam?

Via account recovery, someone is changing the phone number on my account and apple is giving me a deadline on July 5th by the time they will be releasing my account to someone else. I basically clicked "cancel account recovery" and it sent to a blank white page saying "CANNOT VERIFY ACCOUNT" ??????

SO OBVIOUSLY THE EMAIL THAT THEY SENT ME IS JUST A NOTIFY ME THAT SOMEONE IS GOING TO HACK MY ACCOUNT AND BREAK INTO IT THERE BY ACCESSING ALL OF MY NOTES SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE ALL MY PASSWORDS AND THEY'RE ALLOWING IT!!
