Had a major security issue with multiple units robbed and strangers banging on my door in my Airbnb building on my first day of a month-long stay that I’m doing solo. Contacted Airbnb, and they said they “successfully advocated for my refund,” and told me to submit a formal request to the host. She denied the request saying the issue had been resolved, which it really hasn’t, and beyond that I simply feel beyond unsafe in the building after what happened my first day there. Where can I go from here if Airbnb is telling me I’ll get a refund, I already booked a new Airbnb upon their advice, and the host is refusing to refund me?

Looking at the weather for next week... and I only know it's gonna get hotter as summer settles in. Do yall just run inside over summer, or are there any hacks yall are willing to share

I have squished at least 50 of the little bastards throughout the past month. I'm going on a month-long work trip starting next week, and I am so terrified I'm going to come back to them as adults all over my wall. Anyone have this issue, or any ideas on how to fix it?

Pretty sure they're coming in through my window AC unit. I've sealed the hell out of it, but they're still breaking in. Think they may be crawling in through the unit itself.
