I’ve been on tirzepatide for a few months now and I have currently been experiencing debilitating anticipatory nausea. Thinking of the shot, of injecting myself, makes me want to gag - even writing this post makes me so nauseous. I can’t talk about it with people or I want to vomit. It’s become so bad I can’t inject anymore.

I never had a fear of shots so I know it’s not that. It’s truly just thinking about the compound itself has me frozen in nausea. I don’t know what to do and neither does my prescriber. I’ll take ANY help you have!!
