[AUS & NZ] Top Survey Sites and Guides - $50-70 a week!

Hi all!

I've been doing surveys for quite a while now, and figured I'd share three of my top picks as well as some further insight on how to make the most of them. As you may expect with these sites, they won't make you rich overnight, but an extra few dollars a day while you're commuting to work, watching TV, or even on the toilet, does add up pretty quickly.

# 1. Octopus Group
Pros:
* By far the best and most consistently paying survey site in Australia.
* Support staff are quite active and usually resolve issues pretty quickly.
* Occasionally, surveys and live sessions that pay considerable more - upwards of $90 an hour.
* Weekly withdrawals or an instant gift card.
Cons:
* Inconsistent surveys at times can vary quite a bit week to week, and especially slow over holiday periods.
* $20 minimum withdrawal limit.

# 2. Pure Profile
Pros:
* A significant number of surveys are available at most times. Is usually my filler while waiting for Octopus group surveys.
* Decent mobile app that's easy to use and convenient.
Cons:
* Lower rate per survey compared to Octopus.
* Longer wait times to withdraw funds.
* $20 minimum withdrawal limit.

# 3. Qmee
Pros:
* In my opinion, one of the best-designed app interfaces.
* Can withdraw instantly to Paypal for as little as 1 cent!
Cons
* Surveys vary dramatically in payouts. Can be as good as 10 min survey paying $3.30 to as little as 15 mins for 30 cents.

Dioscorea rot concerns

Hey everyone! Hoping someone can put my mind at ease or validate my concerns.

I’ve recently noticed a dark spot in the caudex cracks on my Dioscorea elephantapies. It was slightly spongey a few days ago, and have since watered it (after not watering if for ~1.5 weeks). It does seem to have plumped up a bit, but the dark spot seems wet and not going away, when I squeeze it glistens a bit. There has been a small amount of yellowing and dropping leaves of late, but nothing too dramatic.

I did water it late at night and believe I could have gotten some water on the caudex, so not sure if it’s just trapped water? It’s normally kept indoors on a sunny window sill.

Pic two is from today, pic 1 from the day before, and the first is a wide shot. As you can see it seems healthy overall, but it does seem more wet compared to yesterday.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Is one of my fav plants and would hate for it to die from rot.
