DIYing A Betsey Johnson Set - Cardigan & Slip Dress
Hi everyone!
Glad to have joined this sub as I start my crochet journey more seriously.
I saw this vintage BJ set circulating online but the price is understandably sky high and I’d like to take a crack at crocheting it. My difficulty is with finding certain patterns online and identifying stitches I should use for it. More specifically if some could give me some pointers on:
- are the main body stitches (pic 2) double or treble crochet?
- does anyone have any stitch names or tutorial recs for the mesh-like weave at the sleeves of the sweater?
- what the heck should I be googling as I learn to make the zig zag, witchy bottom of the dress (seriously is there a name for it)?
