Does customer service simply not exist?
Long story short, I ordered a starlink for work, it was supposed to be in on Wednesday but was postponed daily. I understand there could be backups over the holiday weekend, but I moved into a very rural area with no mail delivery, only PO Boxes where FedEx does not ship to.
SO I have been trying all day contact anyone who can help change the shipping address (starlink says the carrier has to change the shipping address but FedEx says starlink has to) and all 5 customer service people I talked to have been no help at all and are hardly listening to a word I’ve said and I promise you that is not an exaggeration and nobody will put me in contact with a manager. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced
