Gift for long distance girlfriend's birthday in Malaysia

We've been dating dating for 3 years, I'm in the middle east(the country shall remain nameless but consider me as much of a caveman as someone who just got out of north Korea) while she's in Malaysia and I honestly have no clue what to get her this year (the other 2 birthdays we weren't long distance) I'm looking to get her something that can be bought from a Malaysian store/website.

so this picture seems to be a music sheet from the Korean movie "no other choice" I did use google lens and it brought up this

which was interesting but doesn't seem like you can read music off of it or maybe something got lost in translation but in the movie the girl relies on this for reading music and haven't had any luck finding anything else online.
