Almost bitten
While on a delivery, I was almost bitten by a dog. The instructions were to leave on the front porch. While placing items on the porch, three dogs came through a doggy door and one almost bit me. I've had several run ins with dogs. Can we refuse to deliver an order if there is a dog running loose?
