It def sounds lil weird idk if it’s motor noise or coil rub my avatar Stu on free air somewhat sounds like this but not as loud and this is a very old sub

I have a soundqubed hdc3.1 18 and something’s wrong with it, when I play it at rms power the dustcap gets too hot to touch for more than 3 secs and this is only after about 10mins. There doesn’t seem to be any coil rub when I push it down but when I free air it there is a slight tick I’m not sure if it’s motor noise or coil rub. I am looking to recone it and I’m rlly no wanting to build one so my question is does anyone Make them or build them? All I can find is old fb forums. So if anyone knows it would be appreciated
