Sometimes I just want to do things with loud music in my ears and that's okay. Working out, cleaning house, driving to my next repair, you name it.

Sometimes people cross my path and need to have a convo and that's also okay.

But why TF would someone just keep talking to me when they can clearly see me give them the "one sec" index finger before clearly removing an earbud from each ear?

Then I have to F***ing tell them what they just saw and prompt them to do the obvious. "Sorry, I had these here earbuds in my ears. Can you start over."

I come here ro be entertained. Seems like a lot of people show up for the drama and trauma. Rather than having normal everyday conversations using normal everyday words, they would rather be serious, precise, and demanding that everyone else is the same.
