This is one of my favorite episodes with Hector. What I love about this show is the closeness that you grow to feel with these men, like you almost actually know them yourself. Hector is so cool and calm while he transitions to take the man’s place that’s leaning over onto the desk where the cake/bomb is. Him quietly singing Walkin’ After Midnight during the ordeal while the other man nervously mouths the words is just another example of one of his many superpowers, this one showing how he remains calm under pressure. It was so heartbreaking when he was killed later in the show.

Never watched Miami, this is my first time. I’ve loved the show so far, but I had to read up a bit because I wasn’t sure what happened between seasons 3 and 4. I had no idea that there was a pause in between seasons. Anyway, loved the first three seasons. When I started season 4, I hardly recognized Adriana and Lisa! I’m just starting episode 7, they’ve just arrived at the Hamptons house and are trying to figure out rooms. I cannot believe that Adriana stripped down naked and got in the tub of the master bedroom! And then her crush Julia, washing her back etc, yuck! I have mad respect for Martina, having followed her tennis career and I’m just not feeling Julia’s constant flirtations. The way she thinks she’s entitled to the master is just crazy. I mean, it’s Larsa’s trip. The host always gets the master unless they decide to share it or give it to someone. This gives me such Ramona and Sonja vibes when it comes to picking rooms. Lisa is no better, carrying on that she never has and will not share a room. I kinda hope she does go to a hotel like she threatened to. Back to Adriana, I do somewhat like her with lighter hair but I also loved her black hair too lol. I’m not sure if she had work done on her face or not but she looks like she has these big chipmunk cheeks. And her constantly wearing that stupid Debbie Gibson hat, she looks ridiculous! Go back to the 80’s why don’t you! Lisa, I honestly didn’t recognize her. I don’t have the sharpest eyesight but I seriously thought she was Adrienne Maloof at one point lol. Anyway, this looks to be an interesting trip so back to the show. 🍿
