Wouldn’t it be better to get a 2024+ M3 instead of new?

In the used car market, 2024 Model 3s (highland) with around 45,000 to 60,000 kilometres are selling for about $45,000 CAD. These are mostly AWD models with a higher range and performance than the new M3 RWD premium. Since the new model has been downgraded per the spec sheet, wouldn’t it make more sense to buy a used M3 instead? You lose out on the new factor and have less warranty but overall value might be better?
