When I go on the Toyota build site, there are none within 500 miles of my zip that have a moonroof. I am in the Denver area. Can a dealer order one? I want meteor color with moonroof and that includes a weather package. Mountain states Toyota is near me and no doc fee. Is that my best option?
I am a PT currently working in home health, and have for the past 16 years, I have a PTA that is phenomenal and trust fully. My question is when am I the PT in charge of a case? I am very busy, so other clinicians help in my area, starting a case, hand off to PTA, then assign the patient to me. I have not seen the patient yet, and won't until DC or a RA visit in 3-4 weeks. Am I legally responsible for the patient and PTA as soon as my name shows up or not until I have seen the patient? If I am responsible, should I insist on doing a visit upfront, then officially become the supervising Therapist? Supervising a PTA is new to my role. Thanks
