Mc Donalds ofc. I turned up at one of my local maccys to collect an order, a worker asked me for my order no. She wandered off for a min, then came back and said "I can't serve you, because you've been reported for stealing and eaten someone's order".

I replied with, "What!!!" I explained this is the first time ive been in that store today and its obviously mistaken identity. She said ok give me 1 minute. For the next 20 mins she was trying to call on the phone. My order was ready after the first 10 mins. So i kept asking her, "the order is ready are you going to give it to me? She eventually gave up with the phone and made sure I swiped.

I returned an hour later, spoke to a manager and asked for proof. He said "They didnt have any yet, they couldnt get intouch with another manager and are still waiting on video. It was just a description." I showed him my profile, my message box and the fact Ive already made £100 this day. He said I seem genuine and apologised. I accepted his apology. Asked if there will be no more accusations, shook his hand and left.

Not sure if I could of done anything different. But I wasn't going to stand down.
