Anyone had the courage to try this one?

I have to believe that this must be an ingredient which is part of a larger recipe. Part of me is curious...

Alaska fishing trip?

I'm kicking around the idea of going on a fishing charter in Seward, Alaska this Aug/Sept. I've done charter fishes in other locations and it's always been a fun vacation. I'm especially excited about catching wild halibut, rockfish, lingcod, and salmon.

Is there anyone out there that wants to split a cabin/rental car and go on an adventure like this? My family isn't into fishing and friends are tied down, but it would be fun to make a fishing buddy. I figure it's a longshot, but it never hurts to ask.

Soundproofing vehicle interior?

Anyone have any good recommendations for an auto shop that can do some sound dampening work? I've already tried replacing my door seals and I'm still getting a lot of interior noise issues. Need some help troubleshooting this.

Thanks!

Silver Flounder Fin

This is one of my rarer finds from Japan and I was very satisfied with it. It was a little crunchy, collagenous, and soaked in a nice rich broth. It was weird and interesting!
