I was asleep and work up and realised that a £250 cash withdrawal has been taken out of my account. Checked my wallet my card is missing. Rang the bank and reported it and thev said it could have been done as i made a chip and pir payment and then a few hours later late at night an atm withdrawal was made. Got a new card issued and when asked when I will get a refund thev said they will investigate and within 7 days. How likely am I to get a refund or have I lost the funds
