If you flash and in the middle of the flash animation scream at the suspect, it bugs into the taser/pistol. Void, while you're at it, maybe you work on the AI too so they won't be on crack anymore.

Apparently this suspect on the elephant (who was stunned but refused to surrender) had a heart attack from the taser...

After 20 hours or so, it's finally done - all base missions on hard S ranked, but really, the game's AI is just broken, on crack and whatnot. The devs really confuse wallhacking and crazy aim from half the map away with "difficult". Not to mention the friendly AI that all are scrolling tiktok on the tablet during missions instead of paying attention to anything. The friendly AI on hard is only good to order them to arrest suspects cause at times, they won't do it automatically and someone will pull a pistol on them, sometimes multiple at once.

Another crazy detail that I noticed is that always, but always 1-2 suspects will take 3-4 flash launchers to the chest and refuse to surrender or just ignore them and full auto shoot you through them.

Also, if you want these achievements, best to do them separately, not as I did both at once. Maybe there will be less frustration on Standard, but I agree with a user that posted recently - the only realistic difficulty is Casual.
