literally just let her use bullet lifesteal in ult

every other carry relies on sustain, once you flip you have only 1 and lifestrike (i dont even know if this is a good enough item with how bad she needs gun investment and resists). doesnt need the full heal on kill just let her actually use items that make sense

New suggestion literally just give her lifesteal in ult
