Hello, i'm trying to buy check in baggage to my flight on july 1 f8806 but there is an error when i submit my details in My bookings on their website. Error says badameliaresponse. What should i do

I am from Canada (ph passport holder) and I have applied for B1/B2 visa. I booked the appointment 2 years ago, late June this year is my appointment. I have checked again now and saw that i need to update my residence location as i no longer reside there. Any advice?
