Jubilee always felt too fancy for my taste but paired with a white dial is making me reconsider. I wish I could find a nice slim DJ41 case for NH35. All DJ41 cases seem to have a thicker profile than I'd like. Has anyone found a good alternative to the ones listed on Alix?

I didn't have any GMT cases or dials, but wanted to use the NH34 I had in another build and here is the end result!
Bought on Amazon for about $8.. silicone with painted steel buckle. Silicone may be the most comfortable to wear daily.
I was tired of being scared to swim with my watch on, so I said f*&k it and went all in. No problems whatsoever. Swam for about an hour 👌🏻
I had build fatigue for a while but these new dials are sparking a little fire under my ass recently. Taking old NH35s from past builds and bringing new life. Thank God I bought while they were under $40. Crazy times
Gray colorway goes with anything. Today I have a 40mm fixed bezel case with custom dial and FKM Strap with steel clasp. Really great for an every day wear. I work in construction, it takes a beating and is comfortable. Love the NH35 movement.
I went ahead and placed an order for this dial in matte black and also matte dark grey. The brand is "ARK" with Automatic 24 Jewels written and also Japan MVMT. The markers have super luminous finish, green.
My thought is if you like the dial and want to build a branded watch other than Seiko or Grand Seiko, this may be an option for you. Open to any and all comments. I have plenty of designs and colors in progress, but i figured this community would be the place to get honest feedback.

Received samples of my custom logo dial. I don't think i can go back to blank dials after this. Feels more premium now.

Happy to have bought several NH34 movements before the price hike. This is one of my favorites on a 20mm leather strap.
I think this tan leather strap can make any case look amazing. I am finding that leather is more comfortable to wear everyday than any other strap I own.
