Hot Take: T.J. Rumfield quietly putting together a legit NL Rookie of the Year bid?
I’m not saying he’s going to win it, but I think he is putting together a season that could warrant a serious consideration for the award by the end of the season. T.J. Has just been solid all around. One of the best OPS among NL rookies, top 3 in extra base hits, slugging, hits and RBIs for NL rookies. All his at bats seem patient and intentional. He’s been a model of consistency throughout the season, with no major slumps.
