Autograph Sunday Best Practices
First time attending an Autograph Sunday - any best practices?
Our family attends a few games a year, and realized after buying tickets that today is an Autograph Sunday. Our elementary-aged boys are excited! From what I’ve heard it can be a bit of a cluster, so we‘re planning on arriving extra early, staying flexible, and keeping expectations in check. Any other advice welcome!

mlb.comThe Colorado Rockies are not the worst team in baseball!
The boys have been on fire the last three games! The change in this team’s attitude and demeanor is palpable. Here for the climb.
Team Store
Hey guys! I live in Albuquerque where the AAA affiliate of the Rockies plays. I saw on an instagram post that one of the Rockies team stores has an Isotopes hat in the color of the city connect jerseys that I really want. Couple of questions:
Do you know if they accept call orders?
If so, what’s the best number to reach them at?
Thanks for the help!
Jake McCarthy's second homer of the game is a GRAND SLAM! He has 10 RBI over his last two games!
Creed Closer Music?
Went to the game yesterday, great to see Gabriel Hughes with 3 scoreless innings in his debut. When it got around to the top of the 9th they dimmed the lights and played a sick remix of a creed song that seemed to get the people going.
I can’t remember us having a legit closer entrance with music, graphics, and lights like that (probably a product of not having a legit closing pitcher).
Anybody else notice the new 9th inning hype package? Do we think that’s Gabriel’s or maybe just when we’re winning going into top 9 at home?
Fireworks tonight?
Does anyone know if the fireworks are still happening tonight after the game? I looked online but news sites are useless these days.

Visiting Fan Looking for Advice
Good morning!
My 14 year old son and I will be visiting Coors Field on July 21 to see the Rockies and Gnats. This will be our first time to Coors and my first time back in Denver for about 25 years. This will be his 7th ballpark, and my 15thish.
I am looking for any advice you can give regarding Coors field. I read the seating guide, but I am more looking for what is around the stadium or in Denver that we can’t miss. We essentially have that day to visit. What’s good to see, eat, do, etc?
I do have a few transportation related questions. We are staying near the airport and as of now I am not planning to rent a car. Is it feasible to get downtown from the airport and back without a car? Is the A Line train safe and reliable? Once downtown, how hard/ easy is it to get around or to different areas of the city? Is there a light rail, subway, system, etc?
Thanks for any advice you can give! We are looking forward to the Rocky Mountain air!

First up, what is r/fakebaseball a.k.a MLR?
It’s essentially a number guessing game - the pitcher submits a number between 1 & 1000 in secret and the hitter tries to guess a number as close as possible to the pitcher. The result of each At Bat is entirely dependent on the difference between the pitcher’s number and the hitter’s number and we add in a little extra flavour by allowing players to choose ‘builds’ that can change the outcome slightly. The numbers ‘wraparound’ - a pitch of 1 and a swing of 1000 will lead to a difference of 1. Games are played out over a 10 day period and our season runs for 16 regular games and 4 rounds of playoffs before the Paper Cup
Champion is named. Each season lasts approx. 9 months.
But it isn’t just guesswork…
Our community of 700+ people is headed into its 13th season and we’ve got people from all over the world and from all walks of life.
So what’s next?
Firstly, the subreddit r/fakebaseball is where our games are played, feel free to browse through the threads and get a handle on the format. We’ve got a pretty nifty bot that handles most of the legwork. We're currently in the last session of Season 12 before the playoffs, which also includes a Summer Sadness tournament for those teams that didn't make the playoffs.
Most of the community can be found in our discord servers: we have one for Fake College Baseball which is where you’ll be headed for now, and we have one for Major League Redditball which you’ll gain access to a little further down the line. Each team also has their own 'Clubhouse' server so you can vibe with your teammates in private.

What's wrong with Ezequial Tovar?
He's one of the worst hitters in the league right now. I haven't been following much this year, just checking up on stats here and there.
Looking for a CarGo card
Hey everyone, I recently acquired an autographed ball from the great Carlos Gonzalez. I’m searching for a cool card of his to pair with the ball to put on the mantle. Does anyone have one up for grabs or know a place I can find one? Thanks!

Build around Hunter. Trade Moniak, trade Beck, Doyle, whoever…for the love of God, don’t trade Hunter Goodman.
Does coors field let people in during the 9th inning?
I want to come see the fireworks tomorrow but wont get there until 9pm. Will I still be able to get in and observe the fireworks?
Hunter Goodman is Criminally Underrated
Mark and Drew dive into how much the MLB world continues to underrate Hunter Goodman, whether the Colorado Rockies deserve two All-Stars, and what in the world the owners are thinking with their latest CBA proposal.
Coors Field Banger!
Rockies game giveaway was a pack of cards. Decided to rip at the stadium and pulled this bad boy! Probably best card I’ve ever pulled.
