Does it makes sense to buy resale flat in Viman Nagar as compared to new flat in Balewadi/Baner

As per the title of post.

If I can get a Flat in my budget in both locality Baner/Balewadi vs Viman Nagar,which one makes more sense.

  1. Carpet wise same

  2. No issues with proximity to my office

  3. Only issue is age of property, Viman nagar being 10 years older than Baner/Balewadi

Power of reddit! Saved me 3000 on 3X0 seat covers

So after a year I decided to buy seat covers as everyone said to not risk as manufacturer seat covers are tested for airbags.

I asked about the dealer and he quoted 14000, I remembered someone posting the accessories pricing on this subreddit.

I shared the same to that guy and he immediately said 11,000 all inclusive.

Got the seat covers in 2 days.
