Since I am not nearly as fast with publishing new stories and it's very interesting to hear what other people are up to and how they are planning their works, here a little heads up what I have been doing the last week.

• The most important one would be for me to re-brand my main story line from Futazon Tamers to Futazon Legends. The Digimon Tamers shout-out wasn't that funny and sounded just plain broken.
• On that topic I changed all of the covers for that line to fit the new title. Sadly I had to sacrifice the old cover for Futazon Legends: A Sanctuary in the Wasteland because the filter was uppity about the zombies or something else.
• On that topic I also gave Dark Light: Corvairre and Wilderness Tales: The Revelrie proper covers.
• Thanks to captainstinky's generous help I did edit City Rumours: The Predator's Trail. It now reads much better.
• Since I had 3000 non-refreshing quills, I heeded thedentedpen's advice and gave multiple of my one-shots audio. I'm still not that convinced by the feature, but otherwise I wouldn't have used the quills at all. It's Wilderness Tales: Jewel's Dominant Orc Master, City Rumours: Predator's Trail, Futazon Legends: A Sanctuary in the Wasteland, Futazon Legends: Our Little Farm, City Rumours: The First Night and Dark Light: The Blessed Fountain. So now you can have them read to you by a passable AI reading.
• My current WIP, Futazon Legends: Healing Hearts, is coming along nicely. I have finished directing and preliminary editing almost two arcs. The Standard Writer is able to give some nice output, but the Advanced Writers are much better. However it did surprise me for chapter 11, as the prompt basically was "Use components" and the AI made up a creation myth and took the complicated family dynamics into account. It also is rather good in keeping the love interests changing speech pattern in mind. Details are still a struggle, sometimes from one chapter to another. I also did one of the for me rare green pepper chapters, which means a huge fight with all the violence this might entail. I also tried to differentiate the Futazons from humans by showing how alien some of their behaviour is. For three chapters I took inspiration by other conductors, namely Tomales Point by vader995 and The Steam Between Us by writer7212 and Birthday Lake: Mom Teaches Her Adult Son by chairforceone. I will write a short review in the megathread for Tomales Point and The Steam Between Us soon.

So, what have you been up to during the last couple of days?

So I wanted to suggest opening a mega thread where we comment on other user's story. Like a book club. The aim would be to support each other and maybe put a spotlight on other people's stories. And also giving earnest feedback by writing reviews. I also started to use the bookmark function so I won't lose track of interesting stories as well as following author's to strengthen community and having an easier time finding their stories.

I try to be encouraging, as feedback should be honest, but also keep the writer's engaged and not scaring them to never publish anything anymore.

Most of what I read is from the featured author's program, but I try to read stuff from non featured author's as well. I try to at least read one story from somebody else per week, as more isn't possible with my schedule.

• Jewel’s Steamy Troll Toll | Trolls Erotica by captainstinky

A nice quick read about a woman getting fucked by a troll. The twist is predictable, but them coming out as a couple was a little heartwarming. As always by captainstinky he is really good at maintaining the illusion of not having used AI.

• When the Masks Fall — A Night at Club Pred | Furry Erotica by mjsimmons

If you are into furry and resepctful consent that story might be for you. It is more about the club and the MC's self discovery. The smut is a short and honestly not that titilating scene. But this story is more about feelings anyway.

• Hrafnheim | Horror Erotica by huginn

I really liked that story. It is an extremely slow burn, atmospheric piece about characters slowly getting corrupted by an lovecraftian entity. It's really close to the human character's their feelings and thoughts. It is rather ambitious with it's multiple points of view, but succeeds in giving each one a distinctive voice. Sadl it's only the first part of a three part story, so the end for Hrafnheim is more like a set-up than a true resolution.

• The Anatomy of Hunger | Shapeshifting Erotica by johnno352

This one feels a little rough, as it was the authors first story. However the transformation in body, but especially in mind of the MC is really well made. And unlike the other entries above this story has a very high sex ratio.

• The Librarian's Second Skin | Body Transformation Erotica by johnno352

This one-shot feels like a condensced version of The Anatomy of Hunger. The improvement in storytelling is there, as well as a way clearer vision where the transformation should lead to.

• Little Whore House on the Prairie | Taboo Erotica by captainstinky

Just a set-up and introduction to the story. As always the polish is second to none. If it ever get's continued, the already strong start and long wait will be well worth it.

• Eastern Delights | Fantasy Erotica by the_boldest_piffit

A short and sweet story about a travel having sex with a giant tiger furry. The most interesting thing is the arabian nights setting as well as the tigress interspersing her vocabulary with arabic. A quick, high smut read.

• Zootopia: Natural Order | Zootopia Erotica

A fanfiction about the Disney franchise. It is a wife stealing story and the sex scenes are between a furry fox and a human woman. What makes it a good read however are the antagonists, which are a furry, racist hate group. It really shows how racist can rile up a political movement. Part of a larger story, so it finishes without a resolution.

• A Sanctuary in Southie | Fanfiction Erotica by hawk

Seemingly part of a greater story, this seems more like a vertical slice demo with smut than the real story. hawk has the best prose on RedQuill bar none I have read, as long as it isn't about the sex itself. This part is clearly parcelled of to the AI. Still would read more of it, as this reads good and not just like windowdressed AI.

• The V.I.P. Lounge | Dom Sub Erotica by hr6749

I checked out the author's profile to find the story again. This one seems like a proof of concept set up, especially since it is only a one-shot and there is another story with the same name and 22 chapters. The first few paragraphs even set up the same scene. Still, the one-shot has really good introperspection and shows the fine line the MC is walking between desire and the fear of acting upon it.

• The First Vow | Furry Erotica by mjsimmons

This story is a pay-off for the author's long time readers. No smut, but wedding planing with a gazillion characters introduced in other works. It really shows the struggle of the two MCs about their wedding planning, but without context it loses almost all it's impact. Otherwise this would be a culmination of all that has happened in the author's world.

• Thor’s Favor in the South | Erotica Erotica by aerojay72

One of my favourite stories on RedQuill. The first three chapters could be a legitimate historic novel with a little smut. Alone the arrival scene in Constantinople is great. I really like the sensual tone. The characters are a little too predictable, but it is otherwise a really nice story. Also has a sex scene in almost any chapter.

• Succubus' Silicone Surrender | Fetish Erotica by milodicmellodi

The premisse is weird, but the smut is strong in this one. A really cool twist on a succubus feeding on the frat party premisse. Especially the power bottom dynamic is shown well.

• Nerves of Steel | Object Insertion Erotica by tranquocjones

I really dig the consensual vibe in this story. It is otherwise a medical procedure with a cybernetic limb. But the way it is written I would have also gladly read a non-sexual story about activating the MCs hand.

• Bae Runner 2069: The Shadow Ga... | Object Insertion Erotica

This is actually just an epilogue of a far longer story. Despite that it's easy to understand. There are actually two layers. One of a couple erotic roleplaying and than one of the story they play out. The intercut between these two layers is great.

• Blackfire's Revenge: "The Lez Loc... | Forced Orgasm Erotica by mathiastheknight

A love story in a confined space. With attention to detail about body language and feelings. And sex from the beginning to the end.

• Birthday Lake: Mom Teaches Her Adult Son | Erotica Erotica by chairforceone

A incest story. What I like is that despite incest being normal in the setting the characters aren'T gung-ho about it. Dealing more with their hangups. The setting of having sex in a lake under the moonlight is very romantic.

• Down a Dark Allie | Bondage Erotica by thedentedpen

A second story about a couple with a bubbly or pushing female lead. Spicy and energetic, it's really good about the contrast between the male and female lead. And I like how the male lead learns how to become more assertive. Bonus points for them establishing the groundwork for a believable BDSM relationship.

• The Cat’s Price | Futanari Erotica by aerojay72 & jaylefou

I include this because aerojay72 put more work into it than me. They made the outline and had the base idea and I basically reacted to their plan. aerojay72's part have a really good grounding in Norse mythology, while my chapters are my usual brand of perversion, done to the girlcock. It was fun working together with them.

I kept it short, but can also write longer reviews. I also started to read more stories, but only want to give a review about finished ones I read every chapter. Stepmonster: A 2006 Afternoon and Safe Harbor by huginn for example got more chapters after I read them. So I didn't include a review for them.

This is my newest story. It's also my darkest, I think. A Necromancer tries to rebuilt the body of a nearly dead Catgirl. Enhancing her along the way.

It's inspired by tranquocjones two one-shots Nerves of Steel and Bae Runner 2069: The Shadow Gambit and the last chapter by mathiastheknight Blackfire's Revenge:"The Lez Locker" for the final chapters punishment.

This is a pretty heavy story about a Necromancer restoring and enhancing a Catgirl. Both the surgical procedures as the mind break of the Catgirl take center stage. I thought it would be another good glimpse to show the lenght obsession and desperation would lead some people. Since the subject is rather heavy, there is no levity. And it was the first story I really spend more time to tighten the prose. I am still learning, but I think the flow is better than my other stories. It took longer than expected to write despite the subject matter coming easy to me. Just getting it right to tweak it at the last minute to get past the automod was a little frustrating.

I'm not that into transformation, but I am also not put off by it. Many of the text base porn games I played had it as a necessity to shape my character as I like, so I'm used to it. It was fun to think up possible enhancement with a sexual nature. The damage to the catgirl needed to be extensive and a lot of it I took from the girl in Nerves of Steel, along her name which I made setting appropriate for my catgirls. She became a Catgirl to fold her in with Nanako from Bae Runner, as well as naming the Professor after the antagonist of that story. I needed some punishment for the final chapter and a very narrow tank was appropriate, especially since it allowed for a sexual punishment.

When I saw that the Published Author program had a stretch of one-shots, I decided to remix each of them. It was also a little test for Ink, and I'm pleasently surprised how good this Advanced Writer is. It also tested my capabilities as a writer to identify story beats and translate them to my own fantasy setting.

So here is a short list with the original stories and my remixes.

• What I changed: Changed the man to a Futanari Amazon and made her a long standing couple with the love interest. The cat became a catgirl and there is copious amounts of cum. As a nod to the original authors avatar it's set in zombie infested lands.

City Rumours: Hunter's Trail

I notice pretty often in the side chat and on this sub that people complain about their prompts not working. I almost never have this problem, so I wanted to share an example with explanations for the way I generate stories with good results.

First I start with what I'm doing. I always select novel lenght. For the current one-shot-series I'm doing I use Ink to test out that Advanced Writer, as I usually use Ember. It is the first and only chapter, so continuity is not an issue.

Then I load in all the components. I have made some for the various races in my fantasy setting. So I only added those that are relevant to this story. That is Futazon, Dwarf, Lissughe, Futazon Titles 1 and Volominous Cumshot. The last one is for that stories kink. I use three writing components Descriptive Porn, Dialogue Heavy, Avoid Common AI words/phrases.

The next part is really long, as it is the prompt itself:

The setting is a medieval fantasy setting. Third person perspective. (AI note: Keep the order of events exactly as in the prompt.)

A Futazon and her human woman mate are taking shelter from a storm in a ruined village. The Futazon is smaller than average with 176cm as her non-Futazon mother was a Dwarf. Her armpit hair and pubic hair is thicker than usual and she has much more cum. Her human woman mate has limestone skin and black hair with blonde highlights. Since they are mates for three years already, she has some Futazon tattoos as well. The Futazon and her mate are in their mid-twenties. They belong to the clan of Those Following the Stars.

The ruined village is north of the theocracy of Muun Toos. Muun Toos tried generations ago to conquer it's northern neighbor Plentimere. Normally Muun Toos would have won easily, as part of their forces are god-touched Paladins. Men and women who ate the fruit of a divine tree, said to be planted by the Goddess of Harvest Tressidaia herself, that gave them strenght, speed, stamina and boundless regeneration. However Plentimere has contacted near the start of the invasion the Necromancers of the Deathless Castle deep in the Great Steppe. After generations of war Plentimere is devestated by the war. The once fertile soil and great riches of the country have evaporated. Now hordes of undead roam the country while the survivors life in heavily fortified cities. Only processions of Muun Toos, the foolhardy and the desperate venture in this accursed wasteland.

Or a Pathstrider and her mate, looking for women to capture. They rode into the wasteland northeast of the Great Steppe some days ago, but want to call it quits tomorrow. The rain is beating down relentless on the ruin the Futazon and her human mate have sheltered in. They have a warm fire and a nice travel meal, which warms their bellies. And each other to warm their hearts and bodies. The two woman are sitting next to each other, eating and flirting when they hear a yelp from outside. The Futazon and her mate grab their weapons and investigate. They see a Lissughe woman, who looks like she is between eighteen and twenty-one desperately defending herself against some zombies. The Futazon and her mate rescue the Lissughe. The Lissughe looks at them weary, but is too exhausted to depart. They invite her to their camp. Back at the fire the three women talk. The Lissughe is guarded, as she knows the stories about the Futazons. The Futazon assures her that she will not harm her, as that is not the way of her people. She may be cute, but Futazons aren't animals assaulting women. Her human mate to ease their tension says that the Futazon shouldn't just flirt around. The Futazon says that her people only tell the truth. They keep playfully bickering and the Lissughe relaxes. Eventually they all try to sleep. The Futazon and her human mate are rather horny though and start to kiss and carass each other. Forgetting about the Lissughe who has retreated to a corner of the room they go into the 69 position. (AI note: Call it something appropriate for the setting.) The human woman cums first, which tips the Futazon over the edge. She cums all over her face. They shuffle and the Futazon says that her mate really likes to have her cum on her skin, to which the human woman playfully agrees by sensualy licking her face. They have sex with the human womans legs hooked over the Futazons shoulder. Next comes the editing: I didn't need to do much. The actions were in order, the dialogue coherent and the sex scenes as described. Because the AI isn't a mind reader I had to manually change each instance of the Futazons name from Kaelith to Kaelith'Tasi, to make it consistent with my other stories. I had to rewrite one or two passages not because the initial details were wrong for that story, but wrong for a setting the AI can't know about. There was one occasion of Mira's clit being above instead of below as it should be in that sexual position, but everything else was already usable enough.

As you can see I gave clear instructions and avoided using negative phrases. I gave instructions at the top to get the structure I wanted.

Futazon Tamers: A Sanctuary in the Wasteland | Erotic Story

I start: My name on Redquill is JayLeFou

I mainly write stories of Futanari having adventures in a fantasy setting I invented myself. On that way they usually pick up two to three love interests. The focus is romance and character relationships as well as action. I have one sex scene in almost every chapter, since I don't believe in slow burn. My stories are rather long, as I aim for 25 novel lenght chapters, so it may take a while to read. This way however I can have longer arcs, more character development and more action.

My main inspirations are shounen and hentai manga with a dash of fantasy novels set in a medieval fantasy setting. Another special thing is that I have a collection with all my stories, but also components and Scenarios, which all are canon so other people could build stories in my setting. Everything I write is canon and the more I write, the more interconnected the stories and scenarios will become. So if you are interested in my setting, every new release will reveal more of the world and it's people.

I also try to participate in community engagement by doing remixes of featured stories. I transport them to my fantasy setting and change stuff around. These stories are not always Futanari focused, but explore other kinks as well. These are shorter, as I consciouscly have less chapters than the original. I try to keep the strongest plot beats and general character dynamic, but shuffle it around to keep it fresh.

Hello everyone. I’ve now written five long stories and a bit more, and I would love to share them with you. It feels like a personal milestone for me, and I’d like to share what I’ve been up to on RedQuill. I’ve included some links and brief summaries below.

Look for the Collection Futazon World

This is the link to my collection. It contains all of my stories that are considered canon for the setting. It’s a fantasy setting, and the long stories all revolve around muscular, tattooed women who go on adventures and find partners along the way. The two scenarios are also loosely canon. What I think makes this collection truly interesting is that it provides the building blocks for anyone to write their own stories within this setting. The collection will continue to grow steadily.

Here is a brief summary of each story:

Strider's Path

A young Futazon sets out to trek the dangerous Strider’s Path—a harsh race against time through the jungle. But reaching the end isn’t everything. Along the way, she must find mates to stand by her side. She meets a curious alien huntress, a scavenger lost in the jungle, and an outcast elf. Together, they face the dangers of the jungle and find one another.

Author’s note: This was my first story on RedQuill, and you can tell it’s a bit rougher around the edges than the others. At the time, I wasn't entirely sure where I wanted to take the setting. The cover is new and captures well what a Futazon is really about.

Hunt for the Holy Spear

My second long-form story. It takes place in a civilized city. Following a dream vision, another young Futazon searches for a sacred artifact of her people. To her, civilization is a strange place full of nonsensical rules, populated by weaklings and idiots. Luckily, a sarcastic catgirl and a worldly socialite help her navigate the depths of the city.

Author’s note: The contours of the setting are clearer here, and I wanted to emphasize that this is dark fantasy. I also wanted to demonstrate again that everything in this world can be viewed from multiple perspectives.

Hunted Hunters

This story begins with an older protagonist who is already in a committed relationship. When a raid goes wrong, the protagonist must fight her way through the steppe with her old companion and a new one. They are pursued by a seemingly invincible enemy. This journey also reveals things to the new companion about herself that she never would have imagined.

Author’s note: Probably the most literarily ambitious story. It features alternating perspectives and is perhaps one of the anchors of the setting. It serves as a model for all future raids gone wrong, offers a first look into clan life, and several other stories will be directly or indirectly linked to this one.

First Contact

This is the first story to remain in a fixed location, showing how a clan actually lives. A young Shaman Apprentice has been tasked by one of the great spirits of the jungle to strike down the encroaching civilization. She not only learns to grow into her role but also what love means. She finds love and family with a stubborn dwarf and a mystical snake-woman. But everything has a price.

Author’s note: This is where the Futazon culture truly solidified, showcasing their social structure and quirks. Attentive readers might also notice, for the first time, the core conflict that runs through the entire setting.

Tangled Mess

The newest story. It’s a classic Romantasy "enemies-to-lovers" tale. Once again, the catalyst is a failed raid, but this time, the journey takes place through a forest instead of the steppe. In addition to the noblewoman from the beginning, an elf also becomes part of the relationship. Despite the focus on romance, there is plenty of action.

Author’s note: Perhaps my best work in terms of prose, as I paid extra attention to it this time. Some difficult themes are addressed, but the characters manage to overcome this trauma together.

Short Stories I’ve written several short stories, but my goal was actually something else. To foster a sense of community and show my appreciation for other authors, I’ve added forks to several featured stories. All of these forks take place in this setting. The beauty of RedQuill is that you can really do so much with it—and even make others' ideas your own.

• Jewel's Dominant Orc Master– A one-shot. Mostly pure fluff, but Ug will return. Perhaps from a different perspective next time.
• Corvairre– My darkest story. Many things related to the world's mysteries are spelled out here. So far, it is also the only story where evil wins.
• Wilderness Tales: The Revelrie– The first story in a new sub-line. It’s the direct opposite of Corvairre, focusing on consent and inclusion. It’s the most heartwarming story so far and features the first appearance of a full furry race.
