I have found Espanol si on YouTube, which is a very good Spanish series for relative beginners
I know most of what is being said but about 10-15% I don’t know - should I be looking up every word I don’t know ? Or just get the jist of what is going on ?
Picked single fem as an example …..
According to the attached both of them apply to ‘far from you and me - so what is the difference
Book is beginning Spanish grammar
Is anyone else having this problem - I have quite a few flashcards in the top and bottom deck but it shows zero, they are still there when I browse the deck
I access these on a daily basis - I was watching a how to learn a language YouTube video where the person said only use one app/book etc at a time
Does anyone else use multiple apps for learning at the same time
Another section of the book beginning Spanish grammar and I am confused - when to use el or un (and there plural equivalents). The description here is quite confusing and not helping with choosing them
I am very confused when you don’t use the articles of un, una, unos and unas
I understand the part about not using it for direct sentences about religion, profession, nationality and political ideology
Also use it when there is a description or further info regarding the profession
But apart from that I am not sure - attached is the info from beginning Spanish grammar
I am going through a textbook which has tons of vocab in it- is there a shortcut to learning loads of words or is it just a case of learning about x words per day and plod along slowly ?
I have had a hunt on Google etc and played with the app but don’t seem to be able to delete a deck from my iPhone ?
Has anyone read this book ?
Feeling quite overwhelmed by the amount of vocab and verbs that are being displayed … did you learn all of them or just reference them as needed ?
I am listening to an YouTube video and he keeps on saying you need to say tengo que instead of just tengo
Is this correct ?
In this story baja seems to be out of context ? According to Google translate it means low, so low car ? Does it mean something else ?
I am anticipating the answer to be no but it there a way to identity an irregular verb? Or do I need to look up every one to see what the conjugations are ?
Is there a reason why he suggests we don’t take notes? As sometimes I forget what was mentioned in the previous lesson?
Question 2 second part - why is that unas and not 0? Surely it is a direct object after a verb ?
Have just discovered Memrise and think it is a good alternative to Duolingo
Question is should I be using both as a beginner or is Memrise enough, I do not like the Duolingo free interface (loads of adverts etc)
Was looking at memrise and it said cheaper than a cup of coffee, no way, and wasn’t it free at one point ?
Does it really matter if I keep on getting this grammar point incorrect. Is it just something that comes over time
