does anyone have any tips or advice for having high insulin resistance + bad control when on period/pms?

does anyone have any tips or advice for having high insulin resistance + bad control when on period/pms?

i tend to have alot of insulin resistance in the hour or two after i wake up even on normal days but as you can see it's alot worse when i'm on my period.

it's like this every time, very resistant & just bad control overall. this resistance does lead to me rage bolusing alot so it just ruins all aspects of my control.

i understand that for some people this isn't a bad high, in fact some of you might not even count this as a high, but i don't like spiking this much so if you don't have any advice please don't comment just to say my graph is better than yours. i'm just looking for advice.

i'm 15 if that helps.
