recently cleaned and polished my car. I spent a bit more time polishing the driver’s side front bumper near the headlight. A couple of days later, I got a “Daytime Running Light Failure” alert.
At first, I thought I might have caused it with the polish. But after searching, I found that quite a few Polestar owners have had the same issue. Since the lights are LED (not bulbs), I’m now thinking it was just bad timing.
Has anyone else had this DRL failure? What ended up causing it, and do you think the polish could have had anything to do with it?
