Absolutely pathetic service from Zepto.
My order has been stuck for over an hour with no delivery, no meaningful update, and no resolution from customer support. To make things worse, the app now shows the order as “Delivered” even though I haven’t received anything.
If this is how customer issues are handled, it’s unacceptable. Time to stop prioritising flashy marketing over basic customer service.
