Will rubbing improve on shoes?
Currently on w9 of C25k, was running in old hoka clifton 9s and treated myself a couple of weeks ago to brooks glycerin max. Now on the inside of my feet at the widest part they're rubbing and the skin has blistered, it doesn't really hurt apart from after runs as the shoes keep aggravating it. I run in more miles socks, is there anyway to stop the rubbing or are my shoes just not wide enough? I may have to admit defeat and get more hokas as I know they're wide enough but I really enjoy running in the brooks other than the bloody blisters 🙃
