Org play is what keeps Star Citizen from feeling empty
Solo Star Citizen can be beautiful, but it gets thin fast.
The game opens up when people start treating it like a living operation instead of a queue of isolated missions: scouts finding routes, haulers moving cargo, fighters screening, industrial players feeding the economy, pirates creating risk, and leadership actually scheduling things people can show up for.
That is where the game feels alive.
Even broken systems become more tolerable when a group has structure around them. Wikelo runs, mining, hauling, gate travel, contested zones, bunker work — all of it hits different when there is a crew, a plan, and a reason to be there.
Curious how other orgs are handling this:
What systems actually keep your people active — scheduled ops, payouts, ranks, Discord tools, training nights, or something else?
