Need help to improve reflow
I have a Controleo 3 DIY reflow oven. I tried to reflow this custom board but some components seem to be a bit off. The board works fine, so I guess this is good enough, but if you have some tips to improve the result and avoid potential failures, please tell!
I am using a low temp solder paste Sn42/Bi57/Ag1. This paste is a couple years old (I don't use it enough to always use fresh solder paste), it was stored in the fridge when not in use. The reflow profiles peaks at ~185°C for around 45s. The board has an ENIG finish, and is 1mm thick.
