Dallas to Sonoma county !

Hello! I am a Dallas native but my husband was born n bred in Sebastopol California. Unfortunately in 2019 I moved him here and that was a mistake lol we are now 32 and wanting to start a family and wanting to move back to the area to be closer to family. We also just found out our landlord sold our house so it has kit a fire under our butts to get out there by beginning/early next year.
My husband is a licensed plumber and I am a medical assistant for a chiropractor (no degree)

Was hoping to get some recommendations on

  1. Affordable little areas to live in
  2. Plumbing jobs
  3. Possible remote jobs (I met a lady in the grocery line when I was visiting who worked for cal health? Cal med? And she said I’d be wonderful for it lol)
  4. Advice on how to get a job before moving to another state lol

I know you don’t have to take time to reply to me so if you do, seriously thank you so much. From the bottom of my heart, sharing your knowledge and taking time out of your day to help a stranger is such a selfless act of kindness. Thank you.

Loud atmospheric sound

I don’t know if I’m explaining this correctly as I just woke up. But this morning at 4am I woke up and my cat was sitting oddly next to me and that’s when I noticed a sound. It was all around and it was kinda like a Hum? It would get louder and more intense and then calm down. It was going it waves and I was completely frozen from fear lol
It didn’t sound like it was coming from an object, it felt like it was the atmosphere.
I’m located in lower Greenville
Did anyone else experience this ?
