I have no service where I live so I have an ATT LTE cell phone booster/femtocell. The voice part of it works fine but the data via LTE is terrible. 85% packet loss, 0.5 mbps down 0.01 mbps up

Its been like this since I bought the booster but I have just put up with it because I just use wifi on the phone but there are situations where that isnt an option.

I called and spent an hour on the phone with someone @ firstnet who kept telling me that it was slow because my network tower was congested and wouldnt transfer me to a higher tier of support (there is none) and ultimately sent me over to att support.

How do I go about addressing this?

I have two HMS-2000-4T-NA managed by a dtu pro-s behind a dtsu6666. One inverter properly applies export control, and the other inverter does so for a short period, then reverts to exporting everything produced and not consumed by my home.

If I reboot the microinverter, export control works again for some amount of time before reverting to being wide open and sending everything I dont use out to the grid.

Any way to troubleshoot this? Everything is up to date with firmware...
